What we collect
Only what you choose to send us. If you use the enquiry form or email us, that may include your name, company, email address, phone number, the product and quantity you want, your destination country and your message.
The enquiry form opens your own email app and sends the message from your email account, so we receive it as a normal email. This website does not store what you type into the form.
How we use it
To reply to your enquiry, prepare quotes and samples, and arrange orders and shipments. We do not use it for any other purpose.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your information. We may share the details needed to fulfill an order with freight, logistics and laboratory partners, and with authorities where the law requires it.

This website does not currently use cookies, advertising trackers or analytics. If we add any, we will update this page first.
